US-2 Global Mission Fellows is a faith and justice-centered leadership-development and mission service program. US2 Missionaries partner with faith-based organizations for a 24-month period and integrate faith and justice by working with communities in their specific struggles to address injustice and suffering. Some firsthand issues they observe and advocate for are hunger, homelessness, HIV/ADS, illiteracy, children at risk, substance abuse, racism, domestic violence, and inadequate healthcare.
If you are interested in becoming a US2 Missionary, we would love to hear from you! See the following link for more information and for access to the application: http://www.umcmission.org/learn-about-us/news-and-stories/2017/august/0829gmfapplynow.
